A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who did not have a certain occupation, was hospitalized in Gyeongnam-si C Hospital 402 and was receiving the treatment of Huuri disc, caused the shortage of hospital expenses, and stolen the credit card of the patient in the same hospital, and purchased precious metal with the credit card, and dried up with raising the hospital expenses by selling precious metal.

1. The Defendant: (a) around 09:00 on February 25, 2013, around C Hospital 402; (b) around 09:0, the victim D using the same sick room took part in the victim’s sick room and went back with the victim’s “on-site credit card (credit card number: E)” owned by the victim in the U.S. cell phone case, and went away from the sick room.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

2. Fraud or violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On February 25, 2013, the Defendant purchased 24K female macks and 24K macks from 09:49 on February 25, 2013, the Defendant presented to the Defendant as if he was his own credit card holder G, and signed on the credit card slip as if he was the one’s own credit card, and received two macks equivalent to KRW 1,950,000 in total of the market price from the victim. Furthermore, the Defendant continuously purchased 2 macks from 10:17 on the same day from 10:17, from 24K macks and submitted macks from her own credit card list to the victim I, who is the macker operator, as described in the above paragraph (1), as if he was his own credit card, and signed the macks and received KRW 1096,000 in total at the market price of the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant used a stolen credit card and received a total amount of KRW 3,046,00 from the victims by deceiving the victims.
