1. All appeals filed by the plaintiffs are dismissed.

The purport of the claim and the appeal.

1. Under the underlying facts, facts do not conflict between the parties, or may be acknowledged upon Gap evidence Nos. 1, 3, 7-10, Eul evidence No. 2-1, Eul evidence No. 7, and witness I of the first instance trial, taking into account the overall purport of the pleadings.

A. The plaintiff A is the mother of D, and the plaintiff B is his mother.

B. From December 5, 2017 due to chronic alcohol addiction, D was hospitalized at the E hospital operated by the Defendant (hereinafter “Defendant hospital”) on February 6, 2018, and discharged from the hospital on February 6, 2018. From June 30, 2018, she re-hospitalized the Defendant hospital on July 2, 2018.

Mental health doctors and male patients of the defendant hospital were hospitalized in the 96-dong (the 9th building of the defendant hospital is the bottled ward located in the 6th floor), and D was enrolled in the inside room in the 96-dong ward before being assigned a hospital on July 2, 2018.

On July 2, 2018, the private nursing I of the Defendant Hospital was a night worker at the time of the Defendant Hospital’s night. Since the Plaintiff’s lawsuit, etc. (22:00), it confirmed that D was in a stable room around 23:17, when she started up trading the patient’s suffering from the Defendant Hospital’s suffering.

(e) Around 23:44, D returned to a station other than a corridor and returned to a F station in around 23:47.

In that sense, the patients G of the F heading room considered D as a locker in the sound following D's things inside the sick room.
