A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 13:50 on June 6, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a 300,000 square meters of the market price owned by the victim in the toilet located in Seongbuk-gu, Changwon-si; and (b) cut off and stolen the lux, which was loaded in the luxa, in his/her hand, at the toilet located in the singing practice room operated by Sungwon-si, Changwon-si.

2. At around 03:00 on June 7, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by carrying one motor vehicle for a motor bicycle with the victim G at the front of the Fnives located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungwon-si; (b) the market price of the victim G on the front of the Fnives located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungwon-si; and (c) the 100c bicycle’s motorcycle 100c bicycle.

3. Theft of bicycles;

A. On June 7, 2016, at around 03:05, the Defendant: (a) destroyed 4 bicycles, which are listed in the name unclaimed box in front of the International Rehabilitation Medical Hospital, which was located in Sungwon-si H; (b) the market price of the first bicycle storage room in front of the International Rehabilitation Medical Hospital, and (c) destroyed by walking with the correction device, and loaded them in the following rilasa.

B. On June 7, 2016, around 03:20 on June 7, 2016, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the car by walking one tricheon bicycle riding boat in front of the 608 Earart bicycle storage unit, which was in front of the 608 Earart, with a view to generating a correction device; and (b) destroyed the car.

[2016 Highest 3040] On August 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft on the roads of “K, which is located in the J of Changwon-si, Changwon-si,” and (b) on the roads of “K,” which are located in the J of Changwon-si, the victim L (35 years of age) attached to the marking of the prohibition of parking.

[2016 Highest 3239] On August 23, 2016, the Defendant stolen one household of 180,000 won at the Defendant’s market price, which was covered by a cover, on the front parking lot of “O” located in the N window in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and was covered by the cover.
