Punishment of the crime

On July 14, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Seoul Northern District Court (Seoul Northern District Court), and on December 18, 2016, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence at the female prison.

On September 20, 2017, around 03:00, the Defendant cut off the lock locking device with the above bicycle, which was installed and corrected as a locking device at the victim F-owned market price equivalent to KRW 900,000,00,000 on a bridge 9-ro, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, and cut off the locking device.

around 03:30 on September 16, 2017, the Defendant intruded into the first floor parking lot of the building located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and entered the “I” simple supplementary warehouse, which is the restaurant operating the victim H, and cut off with three distribution boxes of rice equivalent to KRW 96,000 at the victim’s market price stored in the place.

around 02:58 on April 23, 2017, the Defendant: (a) cut off one food washing machine, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 800,000,00,00, which was placed adjacent to the entrance at the “L” restaurant run by the victim K in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul.

around 02:20 on June 7, 2017, the Defendant: (a) laid off a simple storage network operated by the victim N in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul on his/her hand, and then cut off, the market value of the victim, who was in the storage box, on his/her own, approximately 20 kg of old electric wires, to the food camera.
