The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. Around July 11, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim on the face of C(86 years of age) who was the victim at the front parking lot of the school branch of the National Foundation of Changwon University located at the Changwon University, a university of Changwon-si, on one occasion; and (b) was off his/her mother and her mother who was used for the victim, who was off his/her face, and taken off his/her mother and her mother who was off his/her mother, and taken part in his/her face.

2. Determination

(a) Provisions of applicable provisions to charges: Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act;

(b) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act.

(c) The injured party shall express his intention not to want the punishment of the accused after the prosecution is instituted;

(d) Judgment dismissing public prosecution (Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act);
