The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. At around 14:00 on August 13, 2019, the Defendant assaulted the victim D (68 years of age and south) and the son, who was on board the victim, with his/her son and son, at the first floor of the C Hospital in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, on the following grounds: (a) the Defendant did not participate in any rupture between the victim D (68 years of age and south) and the son and son who was used by the victim
