Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the Defendants are above two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

"2017 Highest 405"

1. On February 24, 2017, the Defendants conspiredd to commit a game machine fraud at the Internet game maro, and made a false statement to sell the game machine on the bulletin board of the Internet game site, “Meattop,” which is an Internet game site, at the trade name PC located in Busan around February 24, 2017, the Defendants sent 50,000 won to the victim F who reported and contacted with the Defendants.

However, even if the Defendants received money from the injured party, they did not have the intent or ability to send the said game money.

As above, the Defendants: (a) by deceiving the victim; (b) received KRW 50,00 from the injured party’s Nonghyup Bank account (number G) in Defendant B’s name; and (c) received a total of KRW 2,505,100 from the victims of total of 43 times from around that time to April 14, 2017, as shown in Appendix I, as shown in Appendix I.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to attract victims to receive goods.

2. Defendant B did not have the intent or ability to send the “game items” even if having received money at around January 31, 2017, and even at the same time, Defendant B sold the “game items” to the victim H to KRW 30,000 by contact with the said victim H.

A false statement was made.

On February 2, 2017, the Defendant received 30,000 won from the damaged party, under the pretext of the above item price, from the Nonghyup Bank account (G) in the name of the Defendant.

1. The Defendants’ joint crime committed by the Defendants sold a game machine on the bulletin board of the “Meattop”, an Internet game site, at a place where March 29, 2017 could not be known.

The purpose of this article is to make a false statement to the victim I who reported and contacted the transfer of KRW 51,00 to 51,000,000.
