A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 10, 2016, the Defendant: (a) within the JPC room located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Bupyeong-gu around 08:00 on December 10, 2016; (b) the Defendant, despite having no intent or capacity to sell the game money, prepared a letter to sell the online game money in the online game “stop” hold, and reported it to the victim K, would send the game money if he/she remitted money to the victim K; and (c) he/she received KRW 50,000 from the victim from December 10, 2016 to December 19, 2016, by deceiving the victims by the said method three times in total as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table, and received KRW 425,00 from the victims.

2. On November 28, 2016, at around 18:55, the Defendant written a letter stating that he/she would sell a game machine (hereinafter “mail”) in the online game “Stop”-making hold, at the Defendant’s residence located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu L and 102, and then send approximately KRW 6 billion if he/she remitted the price to the victim M who visited the Defendant by reporting the above letter to the Defendant.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as seen above, received KRW 250,00 in total from the victims over 38 times from around that time to March 4, 2017 in the same manner, including by deceiving the victims M and receiving KRW 250,000 in the name of the money in the game money from the account under the name of the Defendant on the same day from the victim M.
[2017 Highest 4093] On March 11, 2017, the Defendant sent the price to the victim H through an online game “stong” hosting windows at the Defendant’s residence on March 11, 2017.
The game money of approximately KRW 20 billion (one-name "meat") will be sold.
