Basic Facts

Defendant U.S. Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant U.S. Construction”) and U.S. Industrial Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “U.S. Industry”) (hereinafter “U.S. Industry”) are co-projected for the construction and sale of D apartment units (hereinafter “instant apartment units”) on the ground of 65,758.9450m2 on the land of 1,287m2 in the Youngcheon-si, Incheon Metropolitan City (hereinafter “U.S.”), which is located within the territory of the Free Economic Zone (hereinafter “U.S.”). Defendant Korea Asset Trust Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Korea Asset Trust”) is the executor of the above project, and the person who entrusted the implementation of the above project to the Defendant Asset Trust.

(2) The Plaintiffs concluded a contract for sale of the instant apartment with the Defendant Korea Asset Trust as well as the Korea Asset Trust.

The Defendant Korea Exchange Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Exchange Bank”) and the Defendant Korean National Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant National Bank”) are financial institutions that lend part payments to the Plaintiffs out of the sales price of the instant apartment.

(hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant Bank” in combination with the Defendant Foreign Exchange Bank and the National Bank (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant Bank”). Under the location condition of the apartment site of this case, the Young District Cable block, which is the site of this case, is located near the Dong-do, an island located in Jung-gu, Incheon.

Young-do west-do is located in and around Incheon International Airport, and an airport new city is developed around it.

In November 200, the Young Gyeong-do, which combines Young-do and Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon, was opened to November 200, and the airport railway was opened in March 2007, and the Incheon Gyeong-do, which combine Young-do and Seo-gu, was opened in October 2009.

On August 11, 2003, the daily price of 138 K2m2 in the past Yong-do prior to the sale of the apartment of this case is August 11, 2003.
