Defendant

1. No one shall manufacture, import, store, transport, keep, or sell fake petroleum products;

Nevertheless, from September 27, 2012 to September 28, 2012, the Defendants conspired to manufacture and store fake petroleum of 7,817,400 square meters at the market price by mixing about 25% or 60% of other petroleum products such as light oil in the above G gas station operated by the Defendants, and from around September 27, 2012, from around September 28, 2012, the Defendants sold 800 liter of fake petroleum of 1,454,40 won at an unspecified number of unspecified drivers.

2. No one shall manufacture, import, store, transport, keep, or sell fake petroleum products;

Nevertheless, from September 26, 2012 to September 28, 2012, the Defendant manufactured and stored fake petroleum 7,098 liters equivalent to KRW 8,90,928 in the market price by mixing about 5% of other petroleum products, such as automobile oil, etc. with the “E stations” operated by the Defendant, and from around September 26, 2012, the Defendant sold 4,896 liters of fake petroleum to many unspecified drivers.
