A A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000, by a fine of KRW 1,000,000, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,00,00.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants, along with the Defendant C’s wife, conspired to receive KRW 30 million from the said H as the deposit money by forging a lease contract that leases the “Seoul Gwangjin-gu G and 11” housing amounting to KRW 15 million. However, even though Defendant C and F had already concluded a lease contract that rents KRW 15 million to the father of F, the Defendants conspired to receive KRW 30 million from the said H as the deposit money by forging the lease contract with KRW 30 million.

On July 15, 2013, around 16:00 on the 15, 2013, the Defendants forged private documents with F, and around 16:0, Defendant C and F are licensed real estate agents J., Defendant A introduced Defendant A as if the lessor of the above house was K. Defendant A was able to do so, and Defendant B was able to do so as her own as if he/she was a licensed real estate agent J., and Defendant C was k to do so in the column of deposit amount of the lease site of the lease contract brought by Defendant C with the color of mark, “Y million won,” “Seoul million won in the down payment column,” “K, resident registration number: L, telephone, name: K: name: name of the office of Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City: name of the licensed real estate agent, registration number of the office, and real estate agent affiliated with the P.K.,” respectively.

Accordingly, in collusion with F, the Defendants forged one copy of the lease contract under the name of K and J, a private document on rights and duties for the purpose of exercising them.

B. The Defendants were in collusion with F to deliver to H who was unaware of the forgery at the above time and place, as if they were the document duly formed, one copy of the lease contract under the name of K and J, which was forged as above.
