Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 23, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Busan District Court on May 21, 2018, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Busan Detention House.

1. On October 24, 2018, the Defendant acquired a copy of the F Bank C&C card, which was owned by the victim E, on the street located in Busan-dong, Busan-dong.
The Defendant did not take necessary procedures, such as returning the acquired property to the victim, but did so.
Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.
2.
