A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than four months and a fine not exceeding three hundred thousand won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On September 24, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a maximum of one year and a short of eight months for fraud in the territorial branch of the Chuncheon District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 2, 2015.

In collusion with C, the Defendant, “2014 Highest 547,” did not possess the pertinent goods and did not intend to otherwise acquire and deliver them, the Defendant, despite the absence of any other intent to do so, intended to commit a crime of street gathering by receiving all or part of the price of the goods in advance, against the applicants for the purchase of the used goods through “NAVin Highest Roster”, a transaction site of the used goods.

Accordingly, at around 09:28 on April 24, 2014, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “If a person transfers 260,000 won to a bank account in the name of Korean bank in the name of Korean bank, he will send gallon 21 plon 30,000 won.”

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 260,000 won from the victim to the above bank account as the price for goods on the same day, and acquired 4,465,000 won in total from 15 times as indicated in the attached list of crimes in a manner that pretending to sell and deliver goods not held from April 21, 2014 to May 8, 2014, respectively, by means of pretending to sell and deliver them.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with C to acquire the victims' property.

On April 7, 2014, at around 22:20, the Defendant, “2015 High 30,” posted on the Internet Ntp (htp://caf.naver.naver.com/joint and several liability) by the victim E in a closed area below Incheon, and contact the victim with a cell phone printing.
