Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

On February 16, 2010, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1,500,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court on February 16, 201, and on May 4, 2010, issued a summary order of KRW 2 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court on May 4, 201.

On November 13, 2013, at around 22:20, the Defendant driven a B body-man vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.067% from the front of the shipping station located in the Busan Metropolitan City Mapo-dong to the 5km-dong, Busan Metropolitan City Mapo-dong, and from the front of the 5km-dong, the Defendant driven a B body-man vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.067%.
