Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendants are not narcotics handlers.
1. On October 24, 2017, Defendant A’s sole criminal act (i.e., marijuana) entered the Defendant’s residence located on the F or 2nd floor of Sungnam-si, the Mannam-si, and entered the Internet video website into “G” on the screen that was searched, and then called “G” on the screen below the Defendant’s father, followed up the Defendant’s payment of USD 70 ($ 78,470 in Korean currency) with the credit card in the Defendant’s father’s name, and ordered 1ml of marijuana, which was placed on the Pib screen.
In light of the fact that a person under whose name was not his name, sent 1ml a mariday to an international ordinary mail (K) in the United States on November 2, 2017, the said mail arrived at L L around 09:12, around November 2, 2017, with the purport of "A" and "B", "2nd Fl. 2. The Defendants’ joint crimes (the possession of hemp seeds and the cultivation of marijuana) departing from Germany on November 3, 2017, and purchased approximately 22 marijuana seeds at the store located in the Netherlands Switzerland on or around the 6-7th of the same month, and possessed approximately 150,000 won of the hemp seeds at approximately 1.50,00 won, and arrive at the Incheon International Public Port located in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government, Jung-gu, Incheon, and around November 9, 2017, Defendant A asked Defendant B to keep and cultivate hemp seeds and seedlings, among the Does.

B consented by the request of Defendant A, and the same day is close to the office of Defendant A located in Sungnam-si, the same day, and later, Defendant A was released from the said passenger car and 22 of the hemp plant seeds were stored by Defendant A, and then the following day is N apartment at Gwangju city, Defendant B’s house located in 112 Dong 303, 112 Dong 303.
