A A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1.5 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

On July 10, 2015, A and Defendant B were married with the victim E, the chairperson of the D Village Development Committee, and the victim E, the chairperson of the D Village Development Committee, had an interview about G in F News on the ground that it was in front of the land located in the Gyeongbuk-gun, G, the Defendants owned by the Defendants. Defendant A filed a complaint against the victim and D I by defamation, and the victim and I received a summary order of KRW 2 million as an offense of defamation at the Daegu District Court on September 25, 2015.

1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants

A. On July 11, 2015, at around 19:10, the Defendants entered the victim’s house in the Gandong-gun, G in order for the victimized person to resist the interview about G from the F News in the preceding F News to resist the presence of the Defendants in front of the Defendants’ land.

B. On July 2015, the Defendants entered the victim’s parking lot via the gate, which was opened for the purpose of photographing photographs in order to file a complaint against the fact that the victim was using it as a parking lot by illegally changing the form and quality.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly intruded upon the victim’s residence.

2. Defendant A

A. The Defendant publicly insulting the victim by openly insulting the victim on the date and time as indicated in the foregoing paragraph 1-A at the place, and on the same grounds as indicated in the foregoing paragraph 1-2, the Defendant expressed a desire to the effect that “Epners are dead, Na, b, rings, and strings,” and the victim’s wife at K and the victim’s wife.
