1. Intrusion upon residence;

A. On August 31, 2016, around 13:34-13:56 on August 31, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a gate at the victim D located in Busan-gun C, but did not correct it without the victim’s permission; and (b) entered into the math.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence.

B. On August 31, 2016, around 13:34-13:56 on August 31, 2016, the Defendant entered the victim F’s “G” and the restaurant located in Busan-gun E with the victim’s “G” and without the victim’s permission.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's room.

On September 1, 2016, the Defendant opened a gate which was not corrected without the victim’s permission at the victim I’s house located in H in Busan M, Busan, and entered into the ma.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence.

On October 8, 2016, the Defendant opened the victim K's house located in the Busan District Court of Justice around 18:00 and entered into a plan to open the entrance without the victim's permission.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence.

E. On October 12, 2016, around 17:00, the Defendant entered the victim M’s house located in Busan metropolitan area L, via a gate that was not corrected without the victim’s permission.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence.

F. On October 13, 2016, around 15:00-15:30 on October 13, 2016, the Defendant entered the victim’s office located in the Busan metropolitan captain N, through the gate located in the city of Busan, and tried to open and enter the shock network.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence.

G. On October 13, 2016, around 16:00-16:20 on October 13, 2016, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim Qu P in Busan, through the victim Qu P in Busan, to enter the house and to enter the house as a way to hold it.
