A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant of special intimidation: (a) at the village hall of the South west-gun, the South west-gun on June 8, 2016 around 20:0, the victim C, who is the head of the village, allowed the victim C, who was the head of the village, to leave the way above the reservoir, knife a knife (40cm in total length) in his hand, which is a dangerous thing that was kept in his/her vehicle; and (b) the victim found the victim “Ie this knife, knife, knife, knife, knife,”

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

2. Intrusion upon residence;

A. On May 2018, the Defendant: (a) went into the house of the victim D located in C, which was located in C, which was around 22:00, in the middle of May 2018, and around 22:00, the victim and the Defendant met with the ground survey issues; (b) the victim and the Defendant met the complaint; and (c) the victim did not obtain the victim’s consent, and went into the house through the main gate, and infringed upon the victim’s residence without the victim’s consent.

B. The Defendant: (a) on May 2018, the victim F 14:00, the Defendant came to the house of the victim F, who was in the South west-gun E around 14:00, and then, (b) was dissatisfied with the fact that the said victim’s children introduced the purchase of a village G’s housing to the same village resident; and (c) entered the said house through the victim’s house-raising gate without the consent of the victim in order to raise the cost.

2) On September 4, 2018, the Defendant entered the place indicated in the foregoing Paragraph (1) around 15:00, via the gate opened by the victim without the consent of the victim for the said reason.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the victim's residence over two times.

3. Destruction of property, special bodily injury, or special assault;

A. On September 2, 2018, the Defendant damaged property: (a) at the victim H’s residential marina located in the Southern Ma on September 14:25, 2018, the Defendant appealed that the victim’s private village was used in the vicinity of the mountain in the Defendant’s door without permission; and (b) found the victim’s residence at the victim’s residence under the influence of alcohol.
