A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person acting as a broker for commercial sex acts in the name of "C" in the name of "C" in the Dong-gu 1031 of the Ilyang-gu Seoul Metropolitan City B.

No person shall employ any third person for the purpose of selling sex, solicit such person to arrange sexual traffic, etc.

Nevertheless, on July 3, 2015, the Defendant received KRW 90,00 as the price for sexual traffic from the police officer controlling the safety of life and the living order of the Yongsan Police Station, who works for the customer, and arranged sexual traffic.

2. No person shall arrange, solicit, induce or force any person to engage in sexual traffic, or provide a place for sexual traffic for business purposes;

On February 23, 2016, the Defendant: (a) operated a business establishment using the trade name of "C"; (b) installed a Dtel 714, Goyang-gu Dtel 714, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, Goyang-si; and (c) employed sexual traffic women E, thereby allowing male customers to spacen the sexual organ of male customers, to take a back-to-down campaign, or to enter the sexual organ promptly; and (c) received 90,000 won from sexual buyers as the price for sexual traffic, and paid 60,000 won among them to E.

Accordingly, on February 24, 2016, the Defendant informed the above D Officetel 714 to receive 90,000 won as the price for sexual traffic from the control police officer around February 24, 2016 and to perform the act of similarity with E.

As a result, the defendant provided places of sexual traffic for business purposes, and arranged sexual traffic.
