A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall arrange, solicit, induce or coerce sexual traffic for business purposes, or provide a place for sexual traffic.

On March 15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a business establishment using the trade name of “B”; (b) opened the Goyang-si Ctel 529, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, Goyang-si; and (c) employed women D with commercial sex acts, thereby allowing male customers to take a sexual organ back to and off from the workplace or to make a sexual organ soon by entering the workplace; and (c) received from sexual buyers with KRW 9 to 150,00 from the price of commercial sex acts, and paid KRW 6 through 90,000 among them to D.

Accordingly, on March 17, 2016, the Defendant gave guidance to the above Ctel 529 to receive KRW 90,000 as the price for sexual traffic from the control police officer around around 20:0 and to do the act of interference with the above D.

As a result, the defendant provided places of sexual traffic for business purposes, and arranged sexual traffic.
