Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On April 27, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for ten months at the Daejeon District Court for the acquisition of stolen property, and the judgment became final and conclusive on August 19, 2016.
【Criminal Facts】
1. On December 8, 2015, around 23:47, the Defendant: (a) purchased stolen goods from D from a taxi engineer D in front of the convenience store located in Daejeon Middle-gu Daejeon, Daejeon on December 2, 2015, with knowledge of the fact that the market price, which is the ownership of a person who was not killed in the name and lost in his/her cab, was owned by him/her on December 2, 2015.

On December 9, 2015, at around 22:30 on December 9, 2015, the Defendant acquired stolen goods by purchasing KRW 30,00 of the market price owned by the victim F, which he/she acquired from his/her taxi engineer in a temporary irregular taxi, with knowledge that the market price of the victim F, which he/she acquired in a temporary irregular taxi, was a stolen.
3. On December 9, 2015, the Defendant, at around 23:47:47, purchased stolen goods from G of a taxi engineer G on December 9, 2015, even though he/she knew of the fact that the victim I-owned smartphone 6 smartphones were stolen in the H taxi operated by himself/herself on December 21:00, the Defendant acquired stolen goods at KRW 30,000,000.

5.
