A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 8, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Influence of Public Places) included in the same year that, around 22:20 on Apr. 8, 2015, the Defendant intrudes into public toilets for women’s exclusive use with a view to satisfy his/her own sexual desire by photographing a face-to-face of an unspecified number of women using a screen function of a camera installed in the cellular phone camera D located in Mayang-gu, Mayang-gu.

3.5. 22:40 of the same year;

4. 8. 22:20 up to 22:20, by using a camera function located in a mobile phone device such as the list of crimes in the attached list, the screen taken of the boom of women’s booms and intruded on public toilets over a total of 8 times with an intent to satisfy their sexual desire.

The same year including that, around April 22, 2015, the Defendant: (a) taken, against his/her will, a victim F (or 23 years of age) in the side partitions using the recording function of his/her motion picture of a camera attached to his/her cell phone in a video screen, in a manner that, around April 22, 2015, the victim F (or 23 years of age) taken, in a manner that, by photographing the screen screen, the victim’s sound and breath of the victim who may cause sexual humiliation or shame of sense of shame;
