1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months;

Punishment of the crime

1. Indecent act by compulsion (2018 Godan4529) on October 1, 2017, the Defendant: (a) from around 06:0 to around 07:00 on a day, from around 06:0, to around 07:00, the Defendant came to the victim D (the age of 19) of university-friendly arrest who was in a bed in the bed; (b) putting the grandchildren into the victim’s inner part; (c) putting the grandchildren into the victim’s inner part; (d) opened the victim’s bucker; and (e) panty bump and mar on the back.

A quasi-indecent act by compulsion (2018 Godan4803) around September 19, 2018, the Defendant her chestd the victim F (the 20 years of age), etc. of University-Friendly Appearance Victim F (the 20 years of age) in E, and then, around 01:30 the following day, the Defendant met the victim’s chest due to the victim’s titts entering the “Gho” in the above pent.

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts against the victim by taking advantage of the victim's mental or physical state of difficulty.

3.
