1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff had been operating the PC from September 201 to October 18, 201, and requested for assistance to C, a building lessor, who was a building lessee on October 18, 2012.
