1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Details of the disposition;

A. While working as a teacher in charge of the school year recruitment, society, and history in B secondary schools under the Dong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office of Education, the Plaintiff: (a) on November 20, 2013, the Plaintiff: (b) on the same day, sent a lot of symptoms to the student’s anti-paragraph; (c) on November 20, 2013, the Plaintiff was diagnosed by TV monitors during a class session with TV monitors on November 25, 2013; and (d) on the same day, the Plaintiff received a request for medical treatment for official duties by asserting that “The Plaintiff was diagnosed by the Plaintiff on November 20, 2013 and applied for medical treatment on November 20, 2013.”

B. On December 3, 2014, the Defendant rendered a decision not to grant medical treatment for official duties (hereinafter “instant disposition”) to the Plaintiff on the ground that “The Plaintiff’s instant injury and disease is considered to have been caused by combined action of the Plaintiff’s physical and external factors rather than due to the Plaintiff’s performance of duties, and thus, the instant injury and disease cannot be deemed to have a substantial causal relationship with the Plaintiff’s official duties.”

C. On February 13, 2015, the Plaintiff filed a request for review against the instant disposition. On April 1, 2015, the Public Official Pension Benefit Review Committee rendered a decision to dismiss the Plaintiff’s request.
