Defendant

L is a management adviser of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Building and X cooperative (hereinafter referred to as “X”), a multi-level marketing organization in the third floor, who has overall control over the operation of X, such as marketing franchise and personnel management, and Defendant F is a director of X, who has supplied gold to its members while performing duties, such as business explanation and civil petition settlement. Defendant X M is the chief director, who is a father, and Defendant X management director, performed his duties, such as X business and computer management, according to the direction of Defendant L, who is the father. Defendant N is the head of the accounting division (from November 18, 2014 to February 16, 2015), and DefendantO performed duties, such as accounting management, under the direction of Defendant L, who is the father, and Defendant A is a member recruitment member, and Defendant X is a member recruitment member, and Defendant X is a member recruitment member, member of the association, member recruitment member, and member of the association.

The Defendants, focusing on Defendant L, share the above role and there was no special profit source other than the purchase cost of the goods paid by the members of the association, and thereafter, the senior members’ allowance cannot be paid as promised because of the purchase cost of the goods paid by the priority members. Thus, the Defendants recruited members by promising to pay excessive allowances, and conspired to receive money from the members for the purchase price of the goods that is much much less than the actual purchase price of the goods from the members of the association while selling the goods to the members.
