Defendants are not guilty.

1. The summary of the facts charged is that Defendant C serves as the representative director of the E Union located in North Gun, Gun, and is the representative director of the former E Union, who has overall control over its main office and branch offices, joined its members, received orders and orders of its members, and managed its accounts under the name of the Association. Defendant A is the highest member of the said Association, who actually operated the said Association, such as detailed operation and management of the Association, and producing dividends for the members’ sponsoring dividends. Defendant B works as the principal head of the Seoul branch of the said Association located in Gangdong-gu, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, and recruited its subordinate members. On the other hand, Defendant A produced a dividend franchise to distribute support allowances to the members of the above union. The dividend franchise is divided into 10 persons, and the basic grade is determined by 1C (Clas). Each member sets the order of priority by adding up the above "performance points" and the "daily score," among the 10 members, a promotion by first 2C among the 25 members, a promotion by first 3C among the 25 members, a promotion by first 1st 3C among the 50 members, a promotion by first 4C among the 10 members, and a promotion by first 1st 5C among the 10 members.
