Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates the company of the trade name B (State), and the victim C (60 years, remaining) is the chairperson of the committee for promotion of the regional housing association.

On March 16, 2020, the committee of promotion of the regional housing association B (State) and D regional housing association concluded a standard agency contract for the duties of the regional housing association.

1. On July 22, 2020, the Defendant: (a) stated “D Regional Housing Association Promotion Committee”, “C” and “F” in the name of the association in the item column of the reporter’s “report on the recruitment (change) of members of the regional housing association” to be exercised at the office of the said committee’s promotion committee located on the second floor of the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju; (b) stated “D Regional Housing Association Promotion Committee”, “C” and “F” in the name of the representative column; and (c) forged one copy of the “D Regional Housing Association Promotion Committee” under the name of the “D Regional Housing Association Promotion Committee”, which is a private document concerning the verification of facts.

2. On July 23, 2020, the Defendant: (a) submitted one copy of the “Report on the Recruitment (Change) of Members of the Regional Housing Association” under the name of the “D Regional Housing Association Promotion Committee” under the forged “D Regional Housing Association Promotion Committee” in the office of the Seo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Seoul, to a public official who is not aware of the forgery.
