Punishment of the crime

피고인은 2015. 9. 27. 16:00 경 용인시 기흥구 D에 있는 E 골프장에서, 피해자 F( 여, 50세) 등과 골프 경기를 하던 중 두 번째 샷이 헤저드에 빠지자, 피해자에게 아무런 동의를 구하지 아니하고 그 자리에서 재차 두 번째 샷을 하게 되었다.

At the time, there was a victim living in the front room of the defendant, so in such a case, he had a duty of care to take measures such as giving attention to a person living in the front room to the person who conducts a golf game so that he/she is not free to the people.

Nevertheless, the Defendant caused injury to the victim, such as the “alley of the inside and bed,” which requires approximately seven weeks of medical treatment, in light of the victim’s right-hand eye with golf friendly golf.
