A is the Head of the Democratic Labor Relations, the Head of the North Korean Branch, the Secretary of the Democratic Labor Relations Group, the Head of the North Korean Branch, and the Head of the F Electric Cable Manufacturing Co., Ltd., the Head of the Democratic Labor Relations Group, and the Head of the Labor Relations Group.

No one shall install, display, post, or distribute any signboard, facilities, etc. including a signboard, except those prescribed by the Public Official Election Act, in order to influence an election from 180 days before the election day to the election day.

Nevertheless, with a view to influencing the election of the 20th National Assembly members, the Defendants conspired to put up a signboard manufactured in advance in front of the election office of the candidate H who registered in the G constituency in the above election.

A는 2016. 3. 30. 09:30경부터 10:30경까지 익산시 I에 있는 H의 선거사무실 앞 길 위에서, 선거에 영향을 미치게 하기 위하여 ‘H 후보는 H 위탁업체 비리의혹에 대한 진상을 철저히 규명하라!’, ‘H위탁업체 비리의혹 앞에 침묵하는 H후보는 각성하라!’, ‘비리와 연루된 정치인은 이번 선거에 반드시 낙선 시킵시다’라고 기재된 간판을 순차로 게시하고, 피고인 B은 같은 날 10:30경부터 같은 날 11:40경까지 위 H의 선거사무실 건너편 길 위에서, 선거에 영향을 미치게 하기 위하여 피고인 A로부터 건네받은 ‘비리와 연루된 정치인은 이번 선거에 반드시 낙선 시킵시다’라고 기재된 간판 1개를 게시하고, 피고인 C은 같은 날 13:40경부터 같은 날 14:10경까지 위 H의 선거사무실 건너편 길 위에서, 선거에 영향을 미치게 하기 위하여 피고인 B으로부터 건네받은 ‘비리와 연루된 정치인은 이번 선거에 반드시 낙선 시킵시다’라고 기재된 간판 1개를 게시하였다.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to do so in order to influence the election in a way that is not stipulated in the Public Official Election Act.
