The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant D and E’s co-principal Defendant D are the chairman of the Democratic Labor-Management Group G Workers’ Union, and Defendant E is the chairman of the Democratic Labor-Management Group G Workers’ Union I.

No one shall install, display, post or distribute any wreath, balloon, signboard, placard, advertising balloon, advertising balloon, advertising tower, other advertising material or facilities, in order to have an influence on the election from 180 days before the election day to the election day.

From April 7, 2016 to 17:30 on April 7, 2016, the Defendants conspired to hold a briefing session to support L candidates in the name of K Hospital and the Democratic Labor Union G branch’s H trade union in the name of K Hospital, and held one banner, stating “I support L candidates who represent the pains and cres of non-regular workers.” The Defendants put up one banner to be seen by many and unspecified persons.”

2. Defendant A, B, and C’s co-principal is the head of MMM G division, Defendant B’s head of N Headquarters G division, and Defendant C is the head of the OM G division.

From April 7, 2016 to 17:40 on April 7, 2016, the Defendants conspired to hold a press conference to support candidates in the name of K Hospital and PPP regular conference in the name of the K Hospital in front of the KJ, and posted a banner stating “PP non-regular workers support candidates. PPP-regular workers support candidates. PP-regular workers are posted to many and unspecified persons.”
