A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,00, and by a fine of KRW 800,000, respectively.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendants are the husband of the F(M) of the candidate F(M) affiliated with the Gu Council member of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Nowon-gu E-gu, and the I middle school Dong of H(M) who is a candidate affiliated with the Gu Council member of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City
No one shall distribute, post, spread, play, or run an advertisement, letter of personnel management, poster, photograph, document, picture, picture, picture, printed matter, printed matter, recording, video tape and others similar thereto, which include contents supporting, recommending, or opposing a political party or candidate, or which indicate the name of a political party or candidate's name, in order to influence the election from 180 days before the election day to the election day.
1. For the purpose of influencing the election, Defendant A spreaded around 16:00 on June 2, 201, around 17:00 on the same day, approximately 370 pages of name cards (9cm in length, 5cm in width) on which the name, photograph, career, and other matters necessary for public relations of the above F are stated in each of the buildings of J apartment 121, 122, and 124, Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu from June 2, 2014.
2. For the purpose of influencing the election, Defendant B spread around 07:0 on May 19, 2014, approximately KRW 100 in the name tag, photograph, career, and other matters necessary for public relations of the above H in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Seoul, about 201 Dong, 301 Dong, and 501 Dong, in the same manner as described in paragraph (1).
3. On May 20, 2014, Defendant C spread approximately 60 marbs in the same manner as described in paragraph (1), on each Dong building within the two complexes of Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, stating the name, photograph, career, and other matters necessary for public relations of the above H (9cm in length, 5cm in width).
