Reasons
Punishment of the crime
In order to raise funds for repayment of loans, the Defendants have caused intentional accidents by pretending traffic accidents or hiding back the back of the other vehicle that leads to the change of the vehicle, and have attempted to receive accidents from the automobile insurance company to receive insurance money for medical expenses, vehicle repair expenses, etc.
1. The Defendants, around February 22, 2013, are driving DM7 vehicles at the entrance of the new Young-dong, Young-gu, Young-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si at around 21:51.
The victim LIG Non-Life Insurance Co., Ltd. received an accident with the content that he/she caused a traffic accident shocking Defendant B who was walking.
However, even though the above traffic accident did not occur, the defendants received false facts.
As above, the Defendants conspired to induce the victim LIG non-life insurers, and received KRW 1,424,850 in total of KRW 1,150,000 in agreement around February 26, 2013 and KRW 274,850 in treatment expenses around March 7, 2013.
2. On March 9, 2013, at around 20:46, the Defendants conspired to commit an intentional accident in the manner that, in the event that the F EF Bana vehicle driven by E is changing from the first to the second line, Defendant A drives in the second line, Defendant B driven in the second line, and concealed Defendant B into the D SM7 vehicle, and received the accident as if Defendant B was an accident after Defendant B’s LIG non-life insurance company on the second line.
However, the above accident was an intentional accident, and the vehicle was not G but Defendant B, and Defendant B and G did not have any fact about the accident.
As above, the Defendants conspired to induce victims and received KRW 3,907,590 in total from March 13, 2013 to February 21, 2013 for treatment expenses, etc.
3. The Defendants conspired to do so on March 17, 2013 at Suwon-si, around 17:23.
