A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On December 30, 2016, the Defendant accepted the proposal that he would bring about 10 million won by purchasing Nowon-gu et al. with forged credit cards from Seoul et al. on a third day.

1. From January 5, 2017 to October 10, 2017, the Defendant in violation of the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit Business: (a) in collusion with the above influences; (b) in purchasing Nowon-gu in Yongsan-gu Seoul, and settling the price of goods at KRW 935,00, the Defendant offered that the Defendant was a credit card normally issued by using a false NH NoFC credit card (F) in the name of his/her name and presented it as if he/she was a credit card; and (c) had an employee pay the price of the goods on the account of the victim NHF Agricultural Cooperative Co., Ltd., Ltd., thereby using a forged credit card and acquired the same amount of goods at the same time from January 5, 2017 to October 10 of the same month, as in the list of crimes in attached Form 11,097,500, and used a forged credit card.

2. On January 9, 2017, the Defendant attempted to commit fraud and breach of the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Credit Business in collusion with the above influences, and attempted to pay the price for the goods by using forged NH Agricultural Credit Cards (G) and use forged credit cards with the delivery of Nopt, but did not bring about such intent by refusal of approval of credit cards. In addition, around January 5, 2017 to October 10 of the same month, the Defendant attempted to acquire and use forged credit cards worth KRW 39,975,000 in total on 32 occasions, such as the list of crimes in attached Form, from around January 5, 2017 to the same month, by acquiring goods of KRW 39,975,000 in total and by using forged credit cards.

On April 9, 2016, the Defendant of "2017 Highest 2610", was 40,000 Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, Seo-gu.
