A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defamation;
A. On October 2012, the Defendant damaged the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out false facts, stating that “The husband of the F head of the Tong G is an internal relationship with the internal person, but the F head of the Tong G does not hear the horses within the F head of the Tong G by openly pointing out false facts, despite the fact that the victim C did not have any relationship with the victim D (the previous name E) who is the denial of the Defendant, and the identity of his/her affiliated person.”

C. On April 16, 100 of the same year, the Defendant, at around 16:00 of the above Defendant’s residence, and the fact was that the victim did not have any interested party with the above D, the Defendant’s denial.
