A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

Around 16:40 on July 1, 2013, the Defendant driven a Done Starex vehicle without a vehicle driver’s license within a approximately 2km section from the front of the office of the sea traffic bus located in the Maritime Sea Traffic bus located in the Maritime nautical miles of the Nam-Namnam-gun, Southern-gun, and up to the ambage in the same Ri.

3. The defendant violating the Road Traffic Act shall remain south of the date and time set forth in paragraph (1).
