A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 29, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 2.5 million for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Gwangju District Court's branch on September 29, 201, a fine of KRW 1.00,000 for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (free license) in the same court on May 18, 201, a fine of KRW 50,000 for the same crime in the same court on the same day, and a person who was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million for the same crime in the same court on June 25, 2013.

Around 16:40 on September 16, 2013, the Defendant driving a wing-in freight vehicle B without obtaining a driver’s license from a section of approximately 300 meters from the front of the reservoir at the Gyeyang-gu, Mayang-gu, Manyang-gu, Manyang-gun, Manyang-gun, the Manyang-gun, to the front of the same surface of the reservoir at the same time.

2. On March 14, 2014, around 20:34, the Defendant: (a) driven Cco-owned truck with a maximum of 0.075% alcohol level without a vehicle driver’s license while under the influence of alcohol leveling from approximately 300 meters to the front road of the Maritime Health Center in front of the Maritime Public Health Center in the area of the same Eup/Myeon located in the Maritime nautical milesannam-Namnam-gun, west-do.
