Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (AF) by the Defendant is a person engaging in driving a vehicle B Pote.

On June 27, 2014, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol around 00:03, the blood alcohol concentration of 0.164%, was driven by approximately 60km in speed from the Seoul to the west-gu Seoul National Assembly, along with four lanes from the Seoul National Assembly.

Since there have been a lot of vehicles driving in the same direction at the time, there were duty of care to prevent accidents by driving safely, such as operating direction, etc. when a vehicle driver changes a lane, giving prior notice of change of course, changing the lane in the situation of traffic before and after moving, and failing to drive a vehicle while driving on the road.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and proceeded in a three-lane, or failed to verify the vehicle that the Defendant intends to enter from another lane to a three-lane, and due to the negligence of changing the lanes from the four-lane to the three-lanes, thereby changing the two-lanes from the two-lanes to the three-lanes in the same direction, and received the part of the victim C driver's Da driving D pressle, which was the back part of the two-lanes in front of the driver's car driving.

Around 00:03 on June 27, 2014, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol by 0.164%, and around 00:03, the Defendant driven a B-tem motor vehicle at the 3km section of approximately 3km from the parking lot located underground in the 3rd floor of the Yangcheon Broadcasting Center of Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul to the insular intersection located in the Incheon Gyeyang-gu operations Dong.
