Defendant

A is a nurse belonging to the E Hospital located in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, and Defendant B is the officer or employee of the above hospital, and the Defendants are not a person handling narcotics.

1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant, at the above E Hospital around the summer in 2012, received from B a set of psychotropic drugs softs without compensation, and used a set of divers as well as water at a time around that time.

Accordingly, the Defendant received and administered a DNA solution.

B. At the above E Hospital around 2012, the Defendant received pentines free of charge by giving and receiving pentines as psychotropic drugs to B.

C. At the above E Hospital around November 2012, the Defendant received 2 strokem from F without compensation, and then administered the strokem at the Defendant’s home located in the Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu apartment 501 Dong 302, on two occasions, at the strokem.

On November 3, 2012, the Defendant possessed a stroke-m method by keeping at 25 times the stroke-m prescribed in the name of the patient in the nurse room of the third floor of the above E Hospital.

2. Defendant B

A. At the above E Hospital around the summer in 2012, the Defendant provided a CD to A with a DNA psychotropic drug soft quantity free of charge.

B. In 2012, the Defendant received psychotropic drugs from A without compensation, and then recovered the pentter’s remains together with water from the Defendant’s house located in Seo-gu Incheon H apartment 128 Dong 902, Seo-gu, Incheon at around that time.

Accordingly, the defendant accepted and administered pentines.
