Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On April 29, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Daegu District Court and 2 years of suspended execution. On November 2, 2011, the same court was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc., and the said judgment became final and conclusive on February 17, 2012, and the said suspended execution was terminated on March 6, 2013.
【Criminal Facts】
1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes
A. The Defendant of forgery of a currency had a mind to use it by forging the paper using a composite machine in his/her residence, which is short of living expenses.
Therefore, the Defendant, on December 2, 2013, inserted the drawing paper purchased in advance in the printing box for the composite machine, and copied the front and rear sides of the 50,000 won paper paper in possession, and forged a copy of the 50,000 won paper paper paper of the Bank of Korea issued in a knife.
In addition, for the purpose of exercising this, the Defendant’s list of crimes in attached Form from around that time to around January 2014.
1. As described in the foregoing, 15 copies of the land paper of the Republic of Korea en masse 15 times in total were forged.
B. Around December 24, 2013, the Defendant paid food charges in the “G” restaurant operated by F in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E, and at the same time delivered a forged 50,000 won paper paper as if he/she were genuine and closed.
