1. On January 14, 2015, the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to pay the charges even if the victim D in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si is an employee, using pc in “Epc” where the victim D is working as an employee.
Nevertheless, as if the party would pay the charges, he/she had deceiving the victim D, and had the victim done pc games for about four hours from the above time to the 06:00 on January 14, 2015, and did not pay the amount equivalent to 6,100 won when he/she was provided with canc games and canca, and acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to the above amount.

2.
