Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Defendant A] On October 26, 2009, the Defendant: (a) at the F Office in Suwon-si, Suwon-si; (b) without authority to exercise the right to discount of bills; (c) on January 10, 2010, the due date for payment issued by G Representative H was the date for the shipping of the Gyeongnam Bank; and (d) on January 10, 201, one of the promissory notes with the face value of KRW 55,300,000, in which the place of payment was entered as the shipping substitute for the Gyeongnam Bank; and (c) on October 26, 2009, the Defendant forged L, which is the subject of the second endorsement of the said bill, by having I enter the name “J and Hongcheon-gun K, Seoul-gun, 209.”
On November 6, 2009, the Defendant received KRW 6,00,000 from O under the name of the discount of the bill, which may not be aware of the forgery of the said promissory note, from the N Office in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and used the forged promissory note as if it were duly formed.
Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with I, forged the description of the rights and obligations of promissory notes, and used forged promissory notes.

1. Around May 7, 2009, the Defendant embezzled the amount equivalent to KRW 1,2550,000 in total market value of the non-line pipe 950 (6,700, 4, 150, 2 meters and 100), a construction temporary materials, from the representative R of Q Q, in a manner that the Defendant leased the lease of KRW 1,2550,000 to KRW 2,550,000 in a monthly rent and KRW 2,550,00,000 for the victim, and requested the return from the victim without justifiable grounds.
2. Around May 8, 2009, the Defendant leased a rental period of at least 1,2330,000 won, equivalent to the total market price of 870 non-du pipe pipes (6 meters, 750 meters, 2 meters, 120) from the victim T operating S at the above location, and returned from the victim while being in custody for the victim.
