The defendant is not guilty. The summary of the judgment against the defendant shall be published.
Reasons
1. The Defendant: (a) was running D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “D”); (b) the financial standing of the Defendant was difficult to obtain a discount from a financial institution; and (c) was willing to use the rubber name plate of E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “E”) which is a business partner in the first endorsement column of the Promissory Notes in order to obtain a discount from a financial institution.
1. Forgery of securities;
A. A. Around August 2012, the Defendant of a Promissory Notes: (a) marked “H and (State) EEI”, which was previously kept in the first endorsement column of a Promissory Notes No. 1 (F), which was issued by G at the D office on December 31, 2012; (b) the payment place, Daegu Bank Co., Ltd.; (c) the Daegu Bank; (d) the face value of which is KRW 19,250,000.
Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising a promissory note, the Defendant forged an endorsement under the name of corporation E, a statement on the rights and obligations of a promissory note.
B. Around August 2012, the Defendant of the Promissory Notes: (a) marked “H and (b)EI”, which was previously kept in the first endorsement column of the last page of the Promissory Notes, which was issued by K at the D office on January 28, 2013; (b) the payment place Co., Ltd. and Busan Bank; and (c) the face value of which was KRW 35,000,000.
Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising a promissory note, the Defendant forged an endorsement under the name of corporation E, a statement on the rights and obligations of a promissory note.
C. Around August 2012, the Defendant of L Promissory Notes marked “H and (State) EI”, which was in custody in the first endorsement column of the back of the date of payment issued by K on December 28, 2012, the payment place, Busan Bank, Busan Bank, the face value of which is 42,967,350, and the face value of which is 42,967,350, at D offices.
Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising a promissory note, the Defendant forged an endorsement under the name of corporation E, a statement on the rights and obligations of a promissory note.

A. A. A. around August 23, 2012, the Defendant committed a crime around August 23, 2012, in Yong-si, Young-si, 1072-5.
