A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 1, 2018, the Defendant: (a) on April 1, 2018, the MMA (hereinafter referred to as “EXP”) was in the state of hiding X-si in the state of hiding X-si by means of hiding and wearing hidden clothes between X-si 2 in the international air space of Vietnam, Vietnamese, and at around 06:05 on the same day, the Defendant was on board at the Incheon International Airport on April 1, 2018.

Accordingly, even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant imported the X-mail, which is a local mental medicine, from Vietnam to the Republic of Korea.

2. Purchasing and administering a stroke m on June 3, 2018;

A. On June 3, 2018, the Defendant purchased 180,000 won or more at a trade influorous commercial building located in the city of Vietnam, from a person who was unable to know his name, at the mix of 189,00 won.

B. Around June 3, 2018, the Defendant used 2 as well as water at a stroke mm in a hotel hotel located in the city of Vietnam-gu around June 3, 2018.

Accordingly, even if the defendant is not a narcotics handler, he purchased a stroke-mm which is a local mental medicine and administered it.

3. On June 4, 2018, the Defendant: (a) on June 4, 2018, an X-si, Kenya, or stroke-type m, x-type 30 ampers (Evidence 2, 3, and 4); (b) approximately 1.17 g (Evidence 1); and (c) 16 m (Evidence 6) on a stroke-type m (Evidence 6) at the Incheon International Airport around 10:00 on the same day.

Accordingly, even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant was sealed by X-gu, Kenya, and stroke-gum, which is a local mental medicine in the Republic of Korea.
