Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall kill an animal by cruel means, such as cutting the animal.

Nevertheless, at around 14:00 on January 29, 2013, the Defendant died at his front horse located in Ulsan-gu, Nam-gu, Ulsan-si, and at its front end, the Defendant lost her satch with any item in the mash.
