A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 15, 2016, the Defendant, from around 03:00 to around 04:00 on May 15, 2016, 2016, carried a line with approximately 1m of electric wires of the pressing machine, which is the victim’s ownership, in front of the “D” operated by the victim C in Daegu-gu Jung-gu, Daegu-gu, from around 03:00 to around 04:00 on May 15, 2016.
