A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 9, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 22:00 on April 9, 2018, in front of the “D” office of the victim C’s operation located in Busan Jin-gu, Busan; (b) the victim opened a lock door with the key hidden in front of the office; and (c) entered the office and used the closed-gu electric wire equivalent to KRW 50,000,000, the market price of the victim’s possession at the place.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the property.

2. From July 2017 to May 1, 2018, the Defendant: (a) held property equivalent to KRW 500,000,00 in total market value of KRW 500,000,00 in the closed-gu electric wires of KRW 500,00,00 in the market value of KRW 300,00,000 in the market value, which was owned by the victim who was kept in front of the 200,00,000 in front of the thma; and (b) held property equivalent to KRW 50,00,00 in the market value of the 300,00,000 in the same way, such as the list of crimes in attached

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.
