1. Defendant A is punished by a fine of 6,00,000 won, Defendant B is punished by a fine of 4,00,000 won, Defendant C and G are punished by imprisonment of 8 months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Except as otherwise provided for in other Acts, no person who is accused A shall transfer or take over the passbook, cash card, etc. necessary for electronic financial transactions;

On February 5, 2011, the Defendant requested B to open one deposit passbook at his own car located in the front of the Seoul Songpa-gu Seoul apartment set, Songpa-gu, Seoul, upon receipt of a request from B to open one deposit passbook, and then B received a passbook, cash card, and password from B at the Olympic Branch of the Korean Bank located in Gangnam-gu Seoul.

Accordingly, the Defendant received the means of access to electronic financial transactions from others.

2. Except as otherwise provided for in other Acts, no person who is accused B shall transfer or take over the passbook, cash card, etc. necessary for electronic financial transactions;

On February 5, 2011, the Defendant received a request from A to open one deposit passbook from a passenger car as set forth in the above 1.1., and sent a passbook, cash card, and a password to A in the name of the Defendant.

Accordingly, the Defendant transferred the means of access to electronic financial transactions to another person.

3. No person shall distribute or offer child or juvenile pornography, or distribute or openly exhibit obscene images or videos through an information and communications network by Defendant C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, or K.

C From March 26, 2012 to November 23, 2012 of the same year, the obscenity, which is the obscenity website operated and managed by R and one name “S,” which is “T to be provided with child and juvenile pornography,” installed in the 10 unit of customer computers with 10 boxes, etc., through which the said website may access the said website, and then affix a seal to each country, such as each country’s hair, Korea’s brand, Japanese brand, blamer, Mamermer, planning hall, tourist office, box, distribution room, etc., and if the stamp is sticked with it, it shall be called “influencing”, “influencing, white, fluencing, and limited rape.
