Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall transfer or acquire any passbook, cash card, etc. which is the means of access for electronic financial transactions.

On March 26, 2013, the Defendant made a notice to the effect that 120,000 won per day will be given by lending two passbooks from the NABP bulletin board on the same day, and that 60,000 won per one bank (C) was transferred to the person who has failed to obtain the name on the same day.
