Punishment of the crime

On September 10, 2013, at around 00:17, the Defendant driven a BS7 car with approximately KRW 100-meter section from the road where it is impossible to find out whether it is located in the upper Dong-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si to the road before 531-6, while under the influence of alcohol content 0.197 percent in blood alcohol concentration.
